Comcast Business has introduced a new app that empowers businesses to manage their service more easily and conveniently with a new app. Businesses simply don’t have time to wait on hold for account or service information, and now they don’t have to. Comcast Business has recently rolled out the “My Account” app that helps its customers communicate and schedule with Comcast on the fly and within THEIR schedule.
With the addition of My Account, Comcast Business customers can troubleshoot, add service, view upcoming appointments or requests, and a lot more.
This app is particularly valuable for business owners with multiple locations and/or more than one business. The app lets these customers consolidate all of their accounts onto their phone or mobile device.
When out of the office, business owners don’t have to worry about missing calls. The My Account app lets them manage their business phone system from their mobile device. They can read and forward voicemails, transfer calls and customize other features – all while away from their desk.
The app has been well received by many of our business customers according to Joel Houghton, Comcast Business Services field manager in Indiana. “This app gives our customers an even better experience that other companies just can’t offer by combining key business features into one mobile app,” Houghton continued. “This app has been a big selling point for the tremendous convenience it offers, which is unmatched in the industry.”
